This website (switchtotesla.com) is a personal informational site about the Tesla referral program. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Tesla, Inc.

What Data We Collect
We do not actively collect, store, or process any personal data ourselves. Specifically:
- We do not use cookies
- We do not use analytics or tracking scripts
- We do not use contact forms or user accounts
- We do not store any information about your visit on our own servers
- We do not use Google Fonts or any external font services — all fonts are self-hosted
However, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) necessarily processes certain data to deliver this website to you — see the section below.
Hosting & CDN
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you visit, Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic connection metadata (browser type, request time) for the purpose of delivering the page and providing security (DDoS protection). This data is processed by Cloudflare as a data processor on our behalf under their standard Data Processing Addendum (DPA). We do not have access to individual IP addresses or server logs.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest. The processing is technically necessary to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. Without it, the site cannot function.

Affiliate Links & Donations
Some pages on this site contain affiliate links to AliExpress and Amazon (via the Amazon Associates program). When you click these links, you leave our site and are subject to the respective platform's privacy policy. We do not receive any personal data about you from these platforms — only aggregated, anonymous commission reports.
We also link to Tesla's website via referral links. Clicking these links takes you to tesla.com, which is governed by Tesla's Privacy Notice.
This site includes an optional donation link to Buy Me a Coffee (buymeacoffee.com). If you choose to donate, you will be redirected to their platform, which has its own Privacy Policy. We do not process or store any payment information — all transactions are handled by Buy Me a Coffee.
